EPR Twin Billet Carbon VG30DE(TT) Intake Manifold
We have been working on this project for over a year now and we are excited to share some of the work we’ve been doing to get to this point. Our new twin billet intake is a clean sheet approach not only with runner length and plenum shape & size but also new injector height, angle of entry, taper of runner and so much more. Our system we’ve developed is fully modular so it can be broken down into sub components for maintenance and serviceability. Right now we are doing some additive details with the fuel rails and linkage architecture but our system is sound and moving to the next step. Included with our new intake system are billet valve covers to not only give clearance to our plenum tanks but also to clean up the look & feel of the engine. Our intake will include balance tube, fuel rail(s), billet throttle bodies, linkage system, billet valve covers,associated hardware etc. This is not a bolt on application part and will require a stand alone ecu since we have excluded/removed the need for an IAC. Our intake is provisioned for Atomizer injectors only. We have more things developing with this new system.
