EPR VG30 SOHC Genesis 1 Camshafts
Finally a proper cam with both correct ramp rate and suitable lift for turbo & nonturbo performance. All EPR cams have a stock base circle so valve motion control is better throughout the Rev band and lifter pre-load is more consistent and established. Camshafts are fully deburred and come moly coated. We have 3 different profiles to choose from (other profiles require cylinder head modification) on both NA and turbo applications. I also offer custom grinds based on my CNC head packages coming soon! Get ready for more power, better performance, valvetrain noise reduction and best of all not a regrind!
Genesis 1 Profile
268 degree @ .420″
Benefits:
Stock base circle
Largest lift/duration available maintaining the factory BC
Considerable increase in valve motion control
Proper lifter preload
Quiet run operation
Reduced lifter/cam stress
Made in the USA
Here are comparison pictures with an EPR camshaft upgrade to an Isky regrind camshaft. Notice the base circle differences and lobe profile design are completely different. It is very important to know what you’re buying when it comes to camshafts because not all camshafts are made the same.

EPR Beehive Valve Spring kit w/ Titanium Retainers
The revolutionary design of beehive valve spring delivers increased valve train stability and a much lighter valve train. This is achieved with less spring pressure with better valve control and reduced weight of both the spring and retainer. The unique beehive shape handles valve train stress more efficiently to eliminate damaging harmonics and increases high RPM horsepower and durability.
The oval/multi-arc wire shape places the maximum area of the wire at the point of highest stress to handle valve train stress more efficiently and allow better heat dissipation for longer life. Because of the unique beehive design, the valve train can handle more RPM and more aggressive cam profiles. Beehive valve springs provide a double weight savings in your valve train by reducing weight of the actual spring and allowing a smaller, lighter retainer, faster valve acceleration, increased valve train rigidity.
