SAENZ CONNECTING RODS

Saenz connecting rods are the newest addition to our lineup of top tier performance parts for the VG30.  A new tri beam design gives us the benefit from a few version of rods all into one beautiful package.  The standard P Series rods come in a 4340 steel as well as 300M (industry first for VG performance).  All 4340 P series rods come with ARP 2000 rod bolts included and rated to 1200bhp.  Rods are full floating on the pin bores.  The 300M versions come with ARP 625 rod bolts for superior clamping and are rated for 1600bhp. Multi Phase bolts are available upon request for either material ordered.

This is our “go to” rod choice for all of our street application builds.

EPR BILLET ALUMINUM CONNECTING RODS

A time for change is here and with it a new ideal on true performance parts for the true enthusiast at heart.  I try to dedicate my attention to pure race design and proven techniques that are industry standard for the racing world.  With that in mind, it allows me to be creative and further the performance world for the engines I build.  The newest connecting rod on the market for the VG30 (Z31 & Z32) is now available.  This new connecting rod is made of billet aluminum and is the lightest connecting rod on the market offers to date.

PAUTER CONNECTING RODS

SPECS:

E4340 vacuum melt chrome moly forging – CNC machined

Heat-treated to Rockwell C36; full coverage shotpeened; end-to-end balanced in sets.

Each rod comes standard with ARP 2000 bolts rated at 220,000 psi tensile strength.

Aluminum-bronze wrist pin bushings (standard.)

All rods come standard with precision rod cap alignment sleeves pressed into the rod body to accurately and repeatedly locate the cap, restrict split line creep and maintain bore concentricity.

EPR PORTED VG30ET OIL PUMP ASSEMBLY

TT Oil Pump

This is a brand new OEM (Turbo Auto) oil pump that has been disassembled completely and then processed with a full regiment of internal port relieving and radius of both inlet and outlet galleys.  During this process the customer (at an additional cost) can opt to have the gear set coated in a ceramic dry film lubricant.  This aids in giving the oil pump a better wear surface and the coating that is applied also retains oil onto the part better for reduced dry starts and prolonged gear teeth life.  All oil pumps are then sonic and thoroughly cleaned before being assembled with industry strength high pressure assembly lubricant.  Oil pumps come to you assembled and ready to be installed on to your engine.

All internal restrictions are removed for effortless oil flow

Oil passages are opened up to slow down the speed of the oil

Promotes less cavitation  within the oil pump
